  • Remove personal belongings from work areas

We are not responsible for damage to items left in immediate work areas that were not removed.

7. Licensing and Compliance

LKHLCS operates in compliance with applicable Florida laws and regulations. We do not perform work requiring specialized licensing beyond what is legally permitted for handyman services.

For projects requiring a licensed contractor or permit, we will inform you accordingly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing structural, electrical, plumbing, or moisture issues discovered during service.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

We stand behind our workmanship and will address issues related to the quality of our work reported within [30 days] of service completion.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
